All orders will be shipped out the same day or next day order is placed. Holiday seasons may take 3-5 business days to ship.

If you have accidentally made a mistake on your shipping address, please email customerservice@shopdreamakeup as soon as possible. If this mistake is caught on time before it is shipped out, your order will be fixed. If we have already shipped out your order, it is not our responsibility and our customer service team will direct you to your local post office to help you make sure your item arrives to the correct address.
